If we detect fraud or misuse in our program, we may take actions such as taking away rewards; restrict you from redeeming them or earning additional ones; deactivate Target GiftCard rewards and/or suspend or close down your Target Circle Card account.
When your Target red card Circle Card account is closed for any reason (by you, us or its issuer), you have 135 days from its closure to redeem any available rewards before forfeiting them all and losing access. After this deadline has passed you cannot retrieve them any longer and forfeited ones cannot be claimed back either. Should our records indicate mail is undeliverable due to outdated mailing address records for your card you will first have to update these before being eligible to redeem rewards; you won't be able to do this if your card has been lost or we are conducting investigations of fraud on it either.

I was given an Macys gift card for a birthday gift but when I tried to use it, the balance shows with zero dollar. My mother said that it would take a long time to be delivered and they were afraid it wouldn't arrive on time. The card itself was not scratched-off cid and was accompanied by a letter stating that the amount was to the credit card. macy's gift card balance
