The level of care I experienced from the Lufthansa Airlines Atlanta Office with whom I recently had the pleasure of interacting, genuinely astonished me. Being a regular traveler, I've grown accustomed to certain levels of treatment, but this encounter much surpassed my expectations. I discovered a few days prior to my business trip that I had to alter my flight dates because of a scheduling difficulty while I was travelling from Atlanta to Frankfurt. Making modifications so close to departure naturally made me a little nervous, especially in light of the possible costs and the stress that last-minute alterations might cause.
