Seeing the Delta Airline Harrisburg Office was the highlight of my trip. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful right immediately. I discovered I was having trouble with my reservation when I checked in for my early morning flight to New York. I was immediately reassured by the Harrisburg office staff that I would not incur additional fees for missing my trip. In a polite and professional manner, they were able to properly process my reservation change and upgrade my seat to a more comfortable option. The staff gave me detailed information on my new journey, including gate information and baggage handling, to make sure I didn't miss anything.
