Hey, My cousin found the staff at the Air Algerie Office in Montreal to be professional and helpful when he came in for assistance with his ticket. He did, however, have to wait a long time, which made the procedure annoying. Changes were expensive, in his opinion, because the cancellation costs were excessive. The members of staff nevertheless gave him detailed information, and his problem was fixed.
