With Spirit Airlines Frankfurt Office I had an incredible experience that went above and above my expectations. My first impression was one of warmth and friendliness, which was a stark contrast to the sometimes impersonal atmosphere of larger airline offices. Not only was the staff friendly, they were eager to help. They were competent and paid attention to detail, which made my vacation go smoothly. The office was orderly and the contemporary amenities made the entire experience better. Because of the self-check-in kiosks and clear signage, it was incredibly easy to use and convenient. The quick and simple check-in process was a pleasant change for someone who travels for work on a regular basis. Outside the plane, I started my journey with Spirit Airlines.
