From the first moment, our family's flight with Avianca Airlines ORD Terminal from the Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) Terminal was very enjoyable. We anticipated the typical airport mayhem because we were traveling with a combination of young children and elderly grandparents, but the Avianca terminal at ORD was orderly, spotless, and unexpectedly peaceful. The personnel went above and beyond to meet our family's needs, ensuring that we were seated together and offering assistance with strollers and additional bags. The check-in process was easy.
