It seemed more like visiting a valued friend than a travel agent when I walked into the Emirates Airlines London Office. Our family's long-awaited vacation was quickly approaching, so we were feeling both anxious and excited as usual. However, the personnel immediately put us at ease. They carefully addressed all of our inquiries, listened to our trip requirements with patience, and handled our arrangements as though they were their own. Whether they were selecting the most comfortable seats for our children or assisting us with connecting flights, their genuine compassion and attention to detail made what could have been a difficult procedure delightful and comforting.
