The Jetblue Airlines Port of Spain Office was the highlight of my trip, and I will never forget it. I was immediately put at ease by the staff's friendly smiles that greeted me when I arrived. The office was well-lit, well-organized, and brimming with good vibes, making it a cozy place for me to begin my trip. The check-in procedure was quick and easy. The staff was informed and patiently addressed all of my inquiries with a sincere wish to assist. I was a little worried that my baggage could be overweight, but the agent graciously offered suggestions on how to rearrange them to avoid additional costs, which helped me save time and money. It was a tiny act that had a significant impact on my trip.
